Privacy

A plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Enorasi Consulting (“Enorasi,” “we”) respects your privacy. We collect only what we need to run our classes and the accounts and AI agents that come with them, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name and email when you create an account or enroll, plus your role (student, instructor, admin).
  • Enrollment & payment records — which classes you join and the payments you make. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep the payment status and amount for receipts and refunds.
  • Course activity — materials you download, assignments you submit, and grades, so we can deliver and assess the class.
  • AI agent data — if you build a personal AI agent, the knowledge and connected accounts you configure for it, and conversations needed to operate it. You control what you connect, and you can remove it.
  • Usage analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate usage via Google Analytics, to understand and improve the site.

How we use it

To provide the classes, process enrollments and payments, send you transactional email (confirmations, calendar invites, receipts), operate your AI agent, and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run Enorasi: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (aggregate usage), and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your AI agent

Agents are assistive tools that act on data and accounts youconnect. We process those inputs and the agent’s conversations only to run the agent for you, and you can delete the agent and its data at any time.

Retention & your choices

We keep your records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can update your email, change your password, or delete your account from your settings — deleting your account removes your enrollments and AI agents. To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, contact us via the channels on our contact page.

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to measure usage. No third-party advertising cookies.
