Terms

The terms that apply to using this site and enrolling in our classes.

These terms govern your use of the Enorasi Consulting website and your enrollment in our classes. By creating an account or enrolling, you agree to them.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to enroll. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Enrollment & payment

Each class shows its fee on its enrollment page. The fee is paid once, at enrollment, by card via Stripe, and covers the live sessions, the class materials, and — where the class offers one — a personal AI agent. Some classes are free or covered by a company code; in those cases no payment is required.

Cohorts, cancellations & refunds

Classes run as small cohorts with a minimum number of participants. If a cohort does not reach its minimum by roughly 48 hours before it starts, we cancel it and refund your payment in full.

If you need to withdraw: contact us at least 7 days before the first session for a full refund. Within 7 days of the first session, or once the class has begun, refunds are at our discretion. If we remove a participant for violating these terms, any refund is at our discretion.

Course materials & acceptable use

Class materials are licensed to you for your own learning — please don’t redistribute, resell, or share them outside the class. Don’t use the site or your AI agent for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt the service.

Your AI agent

AI agents are assistive tools. Their output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional (legal, financial, medical, or other) advice — use judgment before acting on it. You’re responsible for the data and accounts you connect to your agent.

Custom training

Custom team cohorts and consultations are scoped and priced separately by written agreement, which governs those engagements.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Enorasi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a class is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Questions? Reach us via the channels on our contact page.
